Ilene Young, principal attorney, has been representing families and children with special needs in consultation and litigation since 1981. Areas of experience include special education law, higher education law, bullying and harassment, disability entitlements, civil rights, special needs planning, guardianship, custody, support and divorce. She is a frequent speaker and writer for professional legal education seminars, both locally and nationally.

Benjamin Young joined the firm as an attorney in 2021, after long experience working on behalf of families with disabilities as paralegal and intern in the practice. He manages the special needs planning, guardianship, and disability entitlement areas of practice, and also represents individuals and parents in special education and school-related juvenile and dependency matters.
